EVENING HOURS

SCHEDULE FOR THANKSGIVING:
Evening hours are cancelled from Wednesday, Nov. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 29. Resume Monday evening, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m.

BIG NEWS! Evening hours are now being held in Watzek Library.

WHEN?

Consultants will be on duty:

Sundays, 6:30 to 10 p.m.
Mondays, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Tuesdays, 7 to 10 p.m.
Wednesdays, 7 to 10 p.m.
Thursdays, 7 to 10 p.m.

WHERE?

Main Floor, Watzek Library, at the entrance to the Computer Lab. Look for the table in front of the Writing Center Station sign!

WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

Evening hours will be drop-in only!  Just drop by any time consultants are on duty. You can still make appointments for daytime hours in the appointments notebook in Albany 206.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
• As is the case with any Writing Center conference, you DO NOT need to have a draft to speak with a consultant.
• Bring paper and pen
• A copy of your assignment
• Any draft or notes you want to refer to. Consultants may prefer to work with paper copies of drafts. However, if you want to work on a computer and you have a laptop, bring it.
• Any books or course materials you may want to refer to

When you come by the Writing Center Station, it is possible that the consultant on duty may be working with someone else.  If that is the case,

• put your name on the list on the station table
• find a place to study close by, so you are ready when the consultant is ready.
