SABER Presented to Legal Community - by Hub Adams, 2L
SABER presented itself to the Portland legal community through an attorney reception and newsletter mailing this fall. The attorney reception, held on October 11, provided an opportunity for environmental, natural resources, and agricultural attorneys to learn more about SABER and meet SABER members. Attorneys in attendance were Laura Schroeder of Schroeder Law Offices, Roger Dilts of the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and Jean Wilkenson of the Oregon Cattlemen's Association. The reception was an excellent opportunity for interesting and stimulating discussions of cooperative efforts being made to reach environmentally acceptable solutions for businesses and land users.
