Baseball bashes to an undefeated conference mark
Northwest Conference Champions. There was only one Lewis & Clark team that achieved that feat this season. The men’s basketball team went 13-3 and were the Conference co-champions. However, they may not be the last team that is crowned a conference champion this year. The baseball team is a perfect 5-0 in conference play and 6-4 overall heading into Saturday’s game against Whitworth.

Early-rising rowers test the waters in preparation for the season
Eight weeks of waking up at the crack of dawn to plow through the sludgy Willamette may seem like something from an episode of Survivor, but that is the reality for the Lewis & Clark rowing teams. After a successful fall off-season, the Pioneers began the semester with their usual early-morning training regime in order to prepare for the Spring competition, which starts Saturday, March 10.

Softball catches no breaks on road trip to Tacoma
The Pioneers dropped all four games on a weekend road trip to Tacoma, losing twice to Puget Sound on Saturday and twice to Pacific Lutheran on Sunday. The losses move their record to 1-10 overall and 0-4 in conference.

Tennis splits weekend
The Pioneers outmatched the Pacific Boxers on Friday, earning victories for both the men and the women. The women traveled to Tualatin to defeat the bottom-ranked Boxers 7-2. The men held a commanding performance in the Lewis & Clark Tennis Dome, crushing Pacific 9-0. On Saturday the women hosted Willamette in the Dome, narrowly beating the Bearcats 5-4. The men fell to Willamette in Salem 6-3.
