Welcome to the Home Page for the Pacific Coast Undergraduate Mathematics Conference The 3rd Annual Pacific Coast Undergraduate Mathematics Conference was held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 on the campus of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
PCUMC is designed specifically for undergraduate students who are majoring or have an interest in mathematics. The 2008 conference will feature free registration for all participants, talks by undergraduate students, and panel discussions on career and summer research opportunities in mathematics. Highlights of this year's conference included 30 fantastic student talks and an engaging keynote address by MAA President Joe Gallian. Thank you to Joe and to all of our student speakers for making this conference an enjoyable experience for all of the participants!And thank you to all of our participants, speakers, panelists and sponsors!
