This picture shows as much of the master bedroom as I could
get with the lens on my camera (I was standing in the closet). You can
also see part of the master bath. This was taken in September after the
asbestos debacle, thus the bare ceiling. |
| This picture was taken October 10. Standing somewhat farther away than
in the first picture (between the studs), you can see that progress is being
made. The area that is the master bath here will become part of the kitchen.
So that is a significant addition of space to the kitchen. |

This view (taken in November) is essentially from the same position as
the last one only now the wall on the right is removed and so are the master
bath and the main bath. You can see all the way to the fireplace in the
great room. The bedroom wall will be where the original wall was (the line
of the few remaining studs in the foreground). |
| Making progress. We are finally getting a preview of what things will
look like. This picture was taken December 20 and shows the newly extended
back side of the house. On the left side you can see where two new windows
and the french doors from the master bedroom will be. To the right is where
the back side of the bathroom is located. Note how close the back of the
bathroom is to the hot tub (covered with the blue tarp). |

This is the opposite view from the previous picture. However, this shows
the placement of additional parts of the house by the boards on the floor.
You can see where the wall for the master bedroom will be and the outline
of the powder room in the foreground (by the new planking). Also visible
on the back wall to the left, is a window and the door out to the hot tub
which you can see covered with the blue tarp. On the left in front of the
door is the outline of the walkin closet. |
