Integrating Technology Across the Curriculum: Internet/Computer Writing Resources for a Content-Based Curriculum
Technology Connects with Interest Sections (TCIS)

Michael Krauss, ISALC, Lewis & Clark College, Portland, Oregon

In the process of putting this site together, I spent many hours exploring the Internet for materials related to integrating writing into a content-based ESL curriculum. The sheer quantity of information I encountered was somewhat overwhelming. I tried to collect resources and provide examples of assignments and student work which will prove useful to those just beginning to integrate computers into their teaching as well as to those who are more experienced. I hope to keep these pages current, adding new resources as I become aware of them. Comments, suggestions, and notification of any outdated links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Michael Krauss

Links2Go Key Resource

Once a month Links2Go selects "Key Resources" related to a topic. The Links2Go Key Resource award is both exclusive and objective. Fewer than one page in one thousand will ever be selected for inclusion. Further, unlike most awards that rely on the subjective opinion of "experts," many of whom have only looked at tens or hundreds or thousands of pages in bestowing their awards, the Links2Go Key Resource award is completely objective and is based on an analysis of millions of web pages. During the course of our analysis, we identify which links are most representative of each of the thousands of topics in Links2Go, based on how actual page authors index and organize links on their pages.
