• I understand that the Internet is a public area and that any information I put on the Internet could be accessed by anyone.
  
  
• I agree that I will not put anything on the Internet that I do not want to be public. This includes my address, phone number and possibly my Email address.
  
  
• I agree that I will not release on the Internet the personal information of anyone else without their written permission.
  
  
• I agree that I will not impersonate anyone while using the Internet.
  
  
• I agree that I will not respond to any Internet communication I receive from someone I do not know. In such a case, I will consult with an AES teacher or member of Information Technology.
  
  
• I agree that I will not allow any unauthorized person to use my account.
  
  
• I agree that I will not knowingly put anything on the Internet that is offensive or harassing.
  
  
• I agree that I will not intentionally put any plagiarized information on the Internet or knowingly use the Internet to violate any copyright laws.
  
  
• I have read and agree to follow the Lewis & Clark "Responsible Use of Information Technology Policy",

By signing this "Permission to Publish" form, I give permission to my AES teacher to publish my work as well as my picture. I understand that I may withdraw this permission at any time and for any reason by giving a notice in writing to my AES teacher.
