UI Web - Colleague/Benefactor Access

UI Web

Beginning in July 2006, it is possible to connect to Colleague and Benefactor systems via a web-based graphical interface. Since it runs in standard web browsers, access via this client is available to both PC and Macintosh users.

PLEASE NOTE: For Mac users, we recommend using either Safari or Firefox browsers and not Internet Explorer.

The appearance is very similar to the desktop graphical environment (which is available only for the MS Windows operating system).

Access to UI Web is enabled separate from desktop access and must be requested/approved by your supervisor.

The process for connecting to UI Web is different if you are off-campus as you must first establish a connection to the college's "private network" via our WebVPN Server. After you have logged in to the VPN service, you will be able to continue into UI Web.

Off-Campus Only:

The following link will open in a new window - If you have pop-up blocking software on your computer, you may need to hold down the CTRL key when you click this link.

Use your LC E-Mail/Network userid and password to log in. After you have connected, use the link below to start UI Web.

NOTE: Due to an unresolved issue, the WebVPN service is not currently working for the Macintosh platform. If you require off-campus access via a macintosh system, please contact us at infosys@lclark.edu for further assistance.
