Your task is to develop a list of demands, based on who you are representing, to be included in a revolutionary Constitution in Mexico in 1917. You will have to negotiate with the other factions in class, so think about strategies to get what you want and build alliances. In the end only three proposals can be included. Use readings, class lectures, and outside materials (The Course of Mexican History, for example). In class turn in a list of three demands that you would want included in the constitution, and the supporting evidence of your position (quotes from documents, articles or books, statistics, etc.). The facilitators, listed in bold, will turn in two pages of notes for the exercise.
