Current Biennium: Promulgated AmendmentsORCP amendments are promulgated (sent to the Legislature) at the beginning of each session. They become effective as law on the January 1 following adjournment of a session unless the Legislature, by statute, rescinds or modifies them. The Council will promulgate amendments for the 2009-2011 biennium at its December 11, 2010, meeting.
