Commuting to Campus by Bike

Bike Program
CATS has purchased six commuter-type
bikes and painted them orange. These bikes are parked outside of the
McCarty classroom complex and can be used freely by any member of the
Lewis & Clark community. To borrow the bikes, simply get the key
to the bike lock from the law school library reference desk. Helmets
are also provided.
Bike Repair
Kit
There is a bike repair kit in the
filing cabinet by the legal writing boxes in the Gantenbein building
at the law school. The key to the repair kit is located at the
reference desk of the law library. The bike repair kit contains a
patch kit and stuff for minor repairs.
Bike Shop
For major repairs, the L&C
undergraduate has a bike shop where you can do routine maintenance on
your bike for a small donation.
Towel Program/Showers
The Coalition Advocating
Transportation Sensibility also has a towel program where in exchange
for a small deposit, you receive unlimited access to clean towels.
The towels are kept in lockers in Gantenbein. You get the locker
combinations when you sign up. To sign up for this program contact
