2. Paragraphs (¶¶) 2.01[1] to 2.01[2] of my treatise, Federal Tax Valuation, available on the Tax tab in Westlaw (under “WG&L Treatises – Show all”). If you search for “2.01,” ¶ 2.01 should be the second item listed in the results.
