Thank you, Class of 2003

    I received the coveted Leo Levenson Award from the Class of 2003 at Lewis & Clark Law School.  This award, named after a leading figure in the law school's faculty history, honors excellence in teaching.  It was presented at the commencement ceremonies on May 24, 2003.  This year I shared the award with another professor, Michelle Travis, who tied with me in the balloting by the graduating class. David Evans, a member of the Class of '03, made the presentation.
