Uncover stories of people, communities, and their
connections by exploring the webbed relationships
through time and among people. This course will
focus on exploring learning, community, and
landscape through inquiry events intended to
uncover local story, to demonstrate how to anchor
place-based curriculum, and to learn through
direct experience about communities and landscapes
of the Northwest. Explore literacy within and
beyond museum walls becoming familiar with the
unique characteristics of museums as
teaching-learning environments.
Prerequisite: None.
Credit: 1 semester hour.
Fee: $ 90.00
