What’s Available
This is a reservation form for ASLC’s sound system. The available equipment includes:
• a 16-track mixer board with amplifier and special effects,
• speakers,
• microphones, and
• microphone stands.
If you need different equipment for your event, please read below.


Rental Policy
1. You need to reserve this equipment AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
2. Equipment is available on a first come first serve basis.
3. When you reserve the sound system, a sound engineer will be assigned to set up and operate the equipment for you.
ONLY TRAINED SOUND ENGINEERS ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.


DIRECTIONS:
1. Please submit one request at a time.
2. All fields must be completed.
3. Notify Student Activities immediately if there are any changes, so the reservation schedule can be adjusted accordingly.

Need Different Equipment?
For equipment other then ASLC’s sound system, please contact Media Services.
1. Make reservations at least 2 WEEKS in advance.
2. In order to help you troubleshoot anything you may not have accounted for, tell Media Services:

a) when the event is,
b) where the event is,
c) what the event is about,
d) how many people you expect to attend, and
e) what kind of equipment you need (BE VERY SPECIFIC).

3. Stay in contact with Media Services throughout the event planning process, in case there are any changes.
