Mark M. Williams is an attorney with Gaydos Churnside & Balthrop, PC in Eugene with an emphasis on medical and financial issues facing the aging and incapacitated and legal ethics. He received his B.A. from University of Portland and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. He is the chair of the OSB Elder Law Section and he is the past chair of the Aging Services Division Advisory Committee, North Portland Senior Services. He received University of Portland’s 2000 Fr. Thomas Oddo Award for Outstanding Alumni Service, Multnomah County Volunteer Lawyers Project for pro bono services at the Senior Law Project and Cascade Aids Legal Clinic.
