Bradley F. Tellam is an attorney with Stoel Rives LLP where his practice focuses primarily on employment law, complex civil litigation, and appeals. In addition, Brad devotes significant time to legal ethics and professional responsibility issues. Mr. Tellam received his B.A. from Claremont Men's College and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. Brad is a current member of the Oregon Disciplinary Rules and Procedures Committee and former member of the Oregon State Bar Legal Ethics Committee. He is a frequent writer and speaker on legal ethics issues, and his practice includes advising attorneys with legal ethics questions and defending attorneys accused of disciplinary rule violations. Among other publications, he is co-editor and co-author of a new chapter in the 1994 supplement to The Ethical Oregon Lawyer, a treatise on ethics and professionalism published by the Oregon State Bar, co-editor of the 1998 Supplement and co-author of an additional chapter in 1998, and co-editor of The Oregon Rules of Professional Responsibility Annotated (OLI 4th ed 1997). He is a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1984 and the Washington State Bar since 1982.
