Martin F. Medeiros II (Secretary/Treasurer) is a partner at Swider Medeiros & Haver LLP in Portland, where he specializes in intellectual property, including trade mark, copyright, patent, moral rights, and trade secrets, commercial law and telecommunications law. Mr. Medeiros received his B.S. from American University in Washington, D.C. and his J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Oregon State Bar. He is the chair of the Oregon State Bar Computer and Internet Law Section.
