The Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law welcomes comment on all aspects of law affecting small and emerging businesses. Manuscripts submitted to The Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, postage paid envelope.

Citations should conform with The Harvard Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (17th ed. 2000).
