The Albany Quadrangle is distinguished by its dovecote topped by an ornate weathervane. The building, named for Lewis & Clark's origin as Albany College, was extensively renovated and expanded in 2002. It houses offices for the Dean of the College, Academic English Studies (AES), Center for Career and Community Engagement, Health Promotion and Wellness, Student Support Services, the Writing Center, and Overseas and Off-Campus Programs as well as the Dovecote Cafe.

The Dovecote Café, located inside the Albany Quadrangle, offers a wide variety of fresh grab-and-go food and beverage items. Students stop in for coffee between classes, for hot soup at lunch and to study during the day using the wireless Internet access that’s available inside the Dovecote.
