Professional Background

Michael Blumm, one of the architects of Lewis & Clark Law School's acclaimed Environmental and Natural Resources Program, is co-author of the first casebook on Native American Natural Resources Law. A prolific scholar for over 25 years, he has published frequently on Indian treaty fishing rights, most recently in a law review article on the centennial of a Supreme Court decision recognizing treaty fishing rights as property rights.
