1. Introductions:

2. Facilities Concerns:

-go to Mark Minty for opening lockers

-team rooms need cleaning (WSW especially)

3. Brad Elkins from Student Government:

-restructuring government for SAAC to have more of a voice

-SAAC reps get a voting seat on senate; we pick our own rep

-senate will approve of funding; restructuring budget and giving us more options

-will send draft of proposal to co-chairs for their input

4. Coin Drive:

-garage sale was huge success; THANKS to everyone involved (including shoppers!)

-duct tape coin collection at BX game – February 13th

-advertising/sending email to students to bring their change to the game

-volunteers for walking the tape: Caroline, Laura, possibly Liska

-reps: think of more ideas for collecting for the coin drive; suggested: sister team coin wars? Will discuss at next meeting

5. Committees:

-PAC will join with SAAC in doing SB/BB BBQs

-Monica Baker coming to chat next meeting about PAC

-reps: start thinking of ideas for spring Community Outreach Day

-National Student-Athlete Day is April 6th

-Rooterbus is Friday, Feb. 6th – spread the word!

6. Misc:

-ISLC and SAAC joining again for attending Blazers BX game

-new SID: Kristian Martin, Welcome to L&C!!

-Kelsey is in need of help for event/game publicity

-coming soon: glass case in Templeton for advertising

-Alexis will temporarily attend ASLC meetings because of class conflict with Andrea

-Hello to Greg Fredricks! – Faculty Athletic Rep (FAR); liaison between faculty and athletes

7. Meetings:

-Meetings will continue to be Wednesdays at 6:30pm in Zehntbauer 126
