You are invited to participate in the 9th annual Oregon Minority Job Fair!

The fair is an opportunity to foster employment opportunities for upper division ethnic minority students, and other persons historically underrepresented in the practice of law, from the three Oregon law schools. By providing a forum for interviews between law students and prospective legal employers, the fair facilitates and increases the retention of diverse attorneys in Oregon.

Interviews at the fair are pre-scheduled on a student preference/lottery basis. Students are provided a list of participating employers, and rank by preference the employers with whom they wish to interview. Students are encouraged to consider any hiring criteria or qualifications when selecting employers. Every effort is made to schedule students with their highest preferenced employers. Interviews will be 20 minutes each, with a 10 minute break between each interview.
