Law Review: Animal Law Board
These positions are reserved for third-year students on the Board who have been on the journal for at least one year prior. Positions are offered only for the Spring semester. This offering is available on a trial basis.
Environmental Law Review: Candidates
Students must satisfy the writing and editing requirements of membership on The Review.
Envrionmental Law Review: Executive Board
These positions are elected by the entire Law Review Membership.
Environmental Law Reveiw: Editor-in-Chief
Environmental Law Review: Associate Editors
These positions are reserved for third year students who are not on the Executive Board. The American Bar Association accreditation standards require students to regularly attend the courses in which they are registered. Lewis & Clark expects students to attend classes regularly and to prepare for classes conscientiously. Specific attendance requirements may vary from course to course. Any attendance guidelines for a given class must be provided to students in a syllabus or other written document at the start of the semester. Sanctions (e.g., required withdrawal from the course, grade adjustment, and/or a failing grade) will be imposed for poor attendance.
