Professional Background

Stephanie M. Parent is a clinical professor with the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center (PEAC), the environmental legal clinic of Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She also has taught Forest Law & Policy and Environmental Litigation. Following law school she worked as an Honors' Attorney for the Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Agriculture. After completing the Honors' Program, she worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as a trial attorney defending the United States in environmental and natural resources litigation, primarily in actions challenging public land management decisions.
