2009 NYU Environmental Essay Contest
Tarah Heinzen's article about addressing air pollution from factory farms will be published in NYU Enviromental Law Journal this summer. It was selected through a competition she entered in December. Recent Lewis & Clark Law School graduate, Ms. Melanie E. Kebler, won 1st Prize in the Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition with her essay entitled "Copyright Legislation Challenges and the First Amendment: Eldred's Opening and a New Direction for Copyright Law Evaluation."
