SEVIS Registration/Check In Online!

Dear International Students and Scholars (on F-1 and J-1 visas),

Welcome back to Lewis & Clark! I hope you had a wonderful summer!

Remember that you must check in with International Students and Scholars to be registered on SEVIS, the Department of Homeland Security database. We are trying to make this process easier for you by providing the option of on-line check in.

Please fill out the required information in the form below and submit it to us electronically. You must tell us your address, Portland telephone number, cell phone number, your cell phone carrier, the number of credits you are taking this semester, etc. That information will enable us to register you for SEVIS.

IMPORTANT: If you left the US since the end of spring semester, you should fill out this form, but you must also stop by International Students and Scholars to bring us a copy of your passport and I-94 form.

Of course, if you prefer to stop by and see us instead of filling out the form online, you are welcome to do so!!
