Medical Insurance
 As a LC employee, you have two competitive medical insurance plan options so that you can choose the plan that best meets your needs. The plan benefits, including co-pays, networks, out-of-pocket maximums, and deductibles are different between the plans. Either plan you pick will include prescription drug benefits and basic vision coverage.
We also offer competitive Medicare supplemental plans to our our employees with 5+ years of service.
