Honors

The senior seminar enables students to synthesize a particular program of study, complete a significant piece of original work, and be recognized for this accomplishment.

Honors will be awarded by the department to seniors who have a GPA of 3.500 or above in the major and who do outstanding work in their senior seminar. Honors students make oral presentations of their senior seminar papers to the department.
