Environmental Law Reviews
Lewis & Clark is home to the oldest student-run environmental law review in the nation, Environmental Law. Now approaching its fourth decade of publication, the law review, cited by countless federal and state courts and several times by the U.S. Supreme Court, maintains its long tradition of cutting-edge scholarship. Nearly 80 students participate in the law review each year.
In keeping with the law school's tradition of innovative scholarship, Lewis & Clark also hosts the country's first journal dedicated to animal law, complementing the law school's fine program in this subject area. Animal Law offers students, including first-year students, a unique chance to play a part in this rapidly-developing new legal field.
