A Tree With Sole
Lewis & Clark is home to many traditions, but perhaps one of the most curious is the hanging of shoes from a tree near Forest Hall. If you know the origins of this tradition--or have other Lewis & Clark traditions you'd like to share--e-mail email@example.com. We'll publish responses in an upcoming print or online Chronicle. In the meantime, learn about one of Lewis & Clark's purveyor of shoes, Kirk Richardson B.S. '75, president of Keen Footwear, here.
