Class News - 1940s

1946

Marguerite Nicholson '46, a lifelong pianist, plays and sings at various places around Portland, including the Monday Musical Club, the First Baptist Church, and the Beaverton Lodge retirement home. She suffered a stroke in 2000 but has regained the use of her hands and voice. As she told Portland Lifestyles Northwest, "I believe my gift in music is from God. Every time I'm challenged in some way, my music comes back."
