Pathways to Great Communication: Dealing with Difficult People and Difficult Meetings
Knowing your preferred communication style and identifying the styles of others allows you to more effectively manage people and meetings. In this workshop, learn to assess your own style and to quickly identify the styles of others. The curriculum provides insight into what makes you and others behave in specific ways. You'll learn about effective communication strategies that will assist you in dealing with difficult people and difficult meetings. Discussions include how to handle disruptive individuals, resolving conflict, and dos and don'ts for meetings, and interpersonal communication.
