Dr. Libal and Dr. Harding will discuss their research on the politics of humanitarian assitance and advocacy for Iraqi refugees as published in the Middle East Report.

Kathryn Libal, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development and Fmaily Studies and the School of Social Work at the University of Connecticut.
Scott Harding, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Community Organization at the School of Social Work, University of Connecticut.
