Who's Coming?

Barbara Hayler '67: "I definitely plan to attend this year's Washington Semester reunion. It would be nice to see photos of people over time, as well as from the previous reunion (I couldn't find it on the web page). And, of course, to hear what people are doing now. I'm a professor of criminal justice at the University of Illinois at Springfield."

Maura Megan Ross '06: "I spent last semester in DC and had a wonderful time. We met many LC alumni including Frank Dillow. If this group is interested in seeing what the DC 2004 group did including pictures and stories, I am sure many of us would enjoy sharing our memories with you."

David German: "Just drinks and dinner in an informal setting that would allow everyone to mingle would be fine - however I'm OK with any format. I probably will not be able to get to Portland until late afternoon."

Clark Blight '66: "I will be at this reunion. I am really looking forward to it."

DeEtta Greenwalt '67: "I am completing more than 25 years working for the Transportation Agency for Monterey County, California, and will be retiring on August 4, 2006....over the years I have been responsible for setting up a transportation program for persons with disabilities, and more recently in charge of budgets and human resources for the agency. I sold my house last year and am now a "full-time RV'r" - which means that I will be traveling full-time after I retire next August...intend to visit all parts of the US, Canada, MExico, South America, Europe.....After I graduated from Lewis & Clark, I did two stints in the Peace Corps one in the Dominican Republic and two years in Ecuador. I also lived in the Philippines for 2 years and traveled in Asia during the 1970's.......During the 80's and 90's backpacking and travel to England and Canada was my obsession...over the last 5 years, Argentine tango has been my latest obsession and I have traveled to Buenos Aires 4 years in a row to follow my addiction....I have fond memories of our trip to Washington, D.C., and look for ward to connecting with group members."

Mike Kohlhoff '66: "I am continuing to practice at my profession and attempting to apply the lessons learned from Dr. Balmer as a City Attorney for a small Oregon City. I still play tennis and have had the opportunity to represent the United States Tennis Association, both home and abroad, while serving as a board member and officer over a ten year stint. Lewis & Clark College and the atheletic department were very kind in presenting me with recognition in this regard. I am looking forward to hearing about everyone's life adventures."
