Jerusha Detweiler-Bedell is the winner of the Outstanding Baccalaureate Colleges Professor of the Year Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. The CASE/Carnegie prize is the only national award for excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring.

brianBrian Detweiler-Bedell is a co-leader of the Behavioral Health and Social Psychology Lab and a recipient, along with Jerusha, of a three-year $150,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to support and disseminate their team-based approach to undergraduate research.
