Cafe Notte is the first of five sustainable restaurants the Salsberg Group has committed to building in New York. Steven Salsberg, the founder of the Group, has devoted his career to advocating for business practices that are both socially and environmentally responsible. He has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Council for the Environment of New York City by Mayor Bloomberg and sits on several educational and non-profit boards.
