 Adrienne has happily returned to her hometown after a few forays into various other parts of the country. After attending high school in the heart of downtown Portland, she headed to Iowa for a rural college experience; a couple of years teaching high school math in the Bay Area gave her an appreciation for Northern California; graduate school took her to South Florida; and just when she thought the City of Roses had called her home, the Midwest beckoned again. And it's a good thing it did, as it was there that she began her work in admissions. Now, she is enjoying the best of both worlds - working with students as they undertake the college search process while living in her favorite city.
Every year, Adrienne tries her hand at a new hobby. Some stick around for a while; others are more fleeting. Recent favorites have been quilting and stained glass (she even won a ribbon at the Iowa State Fair!). Up next? She's trying to decide between glass blowing and furniture making.
