belated goodbye... wow, i'm bad at that...

I started writing this while I was flying home last Friday, I've been so busy unpacking and readjusting to home that I totally forgot about it until about an hour ago... Anyway, here it is :)

As I'm writing this I'm sitting in Chicago's O'Hare airport waiting for my flight to White Planes. Today, unlike the past year, is going by really slowly, I'm surprised I got some sleep on the plane from Portland, I usually can't sleep on them. The year, however, flew by. I'm still having problems believing that an entire year has disappeared.... What happened? I still remember my NSO trip to Mt. Adams (I highly recommend those trips is anyone is considering one, they're lots of fun and you meet lots of cool people). While I was clearing out my room I found the camera I used on my NSO trip, I still need to get that film developed.

Clearing out my room was.. Interesting. I didn't think I had that much stuff, I Could barely get it into the boxes I had. L&C allows each student to store up to 5 boxes in the trunk rooms over the summer. I am pretty sure each dorm building has a trunk room, although I am not sure (Forest have two or three centralized ones). The biggest problem with them is actually getting your stuff to your dorm for next year, I had to hand truck all of my stuff across the entire campus, they got really really heavy going up those hills. I just hope I managed to cram everything into those boxes, it'll be fun to pull everything out in August.

Overall the year went great, honestly I was sad to leave. I have no clue what I'm going to do with 4 months of free time... I think I have a job lined up, although it's still all up in the air. I wish I could of something witty to say, but I can't, so I'll just leave it at this. Thanks for reading and I hope to see some of you next year.. I'll be on the lower level of Alder and should be there for NSO. I don't know where yet, but I hope to find out soon. Drop me a line if you're in the Vancouver BC area, or if you're bored. Until then, have a great summer and enjoy life!
