Happy Easter

@ the bon

Just finished my psych methods second midterm. I really meant it when I said good luck to myself. Hopefully I didn’t do too badly.

There’s only one word to describe school at the moment: busy. The library is really crowded all the time. I’m no longer the loner typing away on my laptop at three in the morning there. I have people to talk to while walking back to my dorm. Back in Hong Kong, there is no way that you can start a conversation with a totally stranger. I guess that holds true for all big cities. Everyone is alienated from each other. I still find it uncomfortable sometimes when strangers say hi to me when I’m walking downtown.

Easter Sunday, Erika, Kim, Kirk and Jess cooked a nice big dinner. Since I didn’t really know how to cook, I contributed by cutting carrots and mushrooms. We watched Harry Potter while eating. It was just really nice to have people hanging around. And then it was room selection for the dorms next year. I’m going to live in the East apartment hall, room 408 with Kim, Akiko, Takeshi in the fall and Erika in the spring! I’m so pumped up about it!

Ok, that’s it for this week because I still have a lot of homework that needs my attention, right now!!!

Feel free to contact me by email, fong@lclark.edu

Until next week,
